Russell Weekley
Russell started his career working for Coliban Water Authority in Bendigo after graduating from LaTrobe university studying civil engineering, Russell then joined a large civil construction company Fulton Hogan where he was the Project Manager for several large water infrastructure projects before starting S&R Engineering and Construction with Shaun Finnigan.
Shaun Finnigan
Shaun began his career with tier 2 civil contractor Cut & Fill where he worked in Melbourne as a Construction Supervisor on major road and bridge infrastructure projects. before starting S&R with Russell Weekley in 2016.

Clayton Holmes
Since starting with S&R, Clayton has gained the enviable reputation as an inspiring and motivational young leader. Never one to shy away from a challenge, you will often find Clayton enthusiastically learning new skills that he can share with his colleagues. As a strict vegan, Clayton is a vocal supporter and advocate for animal welfare.
Corey Lowry
Corey is a bright young go getter with a zest for life and a drive to succeed. Corey brings a unique enthusiasm to all of his projects and is universally respected by our clients. When not hard at work, Corey enjoys reading the classics, walking his cat and indulging in a good movie, anything with Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson preferably.

Everyone loves and underdog, and that's exactly why we love Matt. He may come off as a little rough around the edges, but what he lacks in polish he makes up for in effort. When Matt isn't hard at work, you will find him "Bending it like Beckham" with his soccer buddies. Matt also enjoys watching cartoons and perfecting his animal impersonations.
